Demo & POC

See it working
before you commit.

A demo built around your process. A proof of concept with your own data. A clear plan for what comes next. Give your stakeholders the evidence they need to decide with confidence.

01 DEMO

Tailored demo

Your process, your terminology, shown working in Oracle.

A generic product demo answers generic questions. We start with a short discovery conversation, then build the demo around your business, using your chart of accounts structure, your entities and the scenarios your team deals with every month.

Best for

Early-stage evaluations, executive briefings, and building support across finance and IT before a project is approved.

What we help with

  • Discovery. Understand your current process, pain points and what the audience needs to see.
  • Scripted scenarios. Walk through the situations that matter to you, not a standard sales script.
  • Representative data. Sample data shaped like yours, so people recognize their own business on screen.
  • Live walkthrough. A guided session led by consultants who implement the product, not just present it.
  • Honest answers. What works out of the box, what needs configuration, and what doesn’t fit.
  • Recap & next steps. A short summary of what you saw, open questions and sensible options from here.

Typical deliverables

  • Discovery call
  • Demo script
  • Configured demo environment
  • Live walkthrough session
  • Recording on request
  • Recap & next steps
02 POC

Proof of concept

Prove the fit with your own data, before a full implementation.

A proof of concept tests the questions a demo can’t answer. We agree success criteria up front, load a representative slice of your data, build the critical use cases, and put the result in front of your users, so the decision rests on evidence.

Best for

Validating complex requirements, data volumes or integrations, and selection processes that need evidence against agreed criteria.

What we help with

  • Success criteria. Agree what the POC must prove, and how you’ll judge it, before any build starts.
  • Your data. Load a representative subset of your actual data, under your security requirements.
  • Critical use cases. Build the calculations, reconciliations, reports or integrations that carry the most risk.
  • User testing. Hands-on sessions where your team tries the solution and gives structured feedback.
  • Findings. Results against each criterion, gaps found, and how they would be addressed.
  • Implementation view. What a full rollout would involve, informed by what the POC uncovered.

Typical deliverables

  • Success criteria
  • POC environment build
  • Data load & validation
  • User testing sessions
  • Findings report
  • Implementation outline
03 ROADMAP

Fit assessment & roadmap

Turn a decision into a plan your leadership can approve.

Once you know what you want, the next questions are scope, sequence, effort and cost. We assess your requirements against Oracle’s capabilities, map the gaps, and lay out a phased roadmap with the estimates and business case your approvers need.

Best for

Teams moving from evaluation to approval, and organizations planning a phased EPM or reporting program.

What we help with

  • Requirements review. Consolidate requirements from finance, IT and the business into one prioritized list.
  • Fit-gap analysis. Map each requirement to standard functionality, configuration, or a workaround.
  • Phasing. Sequence modules and releases so value arrives early and risk stays manageable.
  • Estimates. Effort, roles and timeline for each phase, with the assumptions written down.
  • Business case. Benefits, costs and risks framed for the people who sign off.
  • Readiness. Data, people and process changes to plan for before a project starts.

Typical deliverables

  • Requirements matrix
  • Fit-gap analysis
  • Phased roadmap
  • Effort & cost estimate
  • Business case inputs
  • Executive summary

What we can demonstrate

Demos and proofs of concept across Oracle Cloud EPM, NetSuite EPM, Fusion reporting and AI-powered automation.

How we work

From first call to a clear decision.

Every demo and POC follows the same simple path, scaled to the size of the question.

  1. 01

    Start with your use case

Identify the business question, the audience, and what you want to validate.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Choose the scenarios, data and success criteria, so everyone knows what “good” looks like.

  3. 03

    Make it tangible

Build and walk through a focused solution with representative scenarios and agreed data.

  4. 04

    Decide with clarity

Review the fit, capture feedback, and map out practical next steps with your team.
