Newarc Consulting is an Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion Cloud practice based in the Greater Toronto Area. We help finance and IT teams design, implement, and get the most out of Oracle Cloud — from Account Reconciliation, Planning, Narrative Reporting, Fusion Reporting and Analytics to Corporate Training.

We pair a small, senior core team with a trusted network of certified consulting partners. That means every engagement is led by people who have delivered the work — architects and developers with decades of combined experience across public sector, financial services, and Fortune 50 clients — without the overhead of a large firm.

Arun founded Newarc Consulting in 2024 to deliver Oracle Fusion and EPM projects the way it should be — practical, insightful, and genuinely partnership-driven. As a Project Lead and Solution Architect, he has spent two decades designing, developing, and delivering Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM solutions for organizations across North America. People know Arun's work, and that recognition is built on results.

Before Newarc, Arun held senior architecture and consulting roles at leading global consulting and advisory firms — leading implementations, data migrations, integrations, and reporting builds across Oracle Cloud ERP, and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

Over his career, Arun has led numerous end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations — spanning Planning, Account Reconciliation, Financial Consolidation, and Narrative Reporting. He's also a firm believer in teaching, and it has become the culture at Newarc: every engagement is a genuine partnership where the client's team learns alongside ours throughout the build. It's an approach the whole team shares — and the result is more than a working solution. Clients walk away with the knowledge and confidence to own, run, and extend it themselves.

Binnie brings 15 years of IT experience spanning data quality, metadata management, product ownership, and project coordination. She keeps delivery on time and on point — engaging development teams on project reporting, driving process improvement, and owning stakeholder and project reporting across engagements.

Beyond consulting, Binnie has served as a part-time professor at Durham College, teaching Ethics and Leadership.

Swetha is a Quality Assurance leader who genuinely enjoys turning complex software challenges into successful outcomes. With over 18 years of experience across banking, utilities, insurance, and manufacturing, she has led talented teams, strengthened quality processes, and helped deliver software that users can trust.

She has led end-to-end EPBCS implementations spanning Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Project planning, and architected on-premise Hyperion Planning solutions — owning the full lifecycle from requirements and architecture through build, integration, security, and reporting, while building and mentoring the offshore teams that deliver alongside her.

A certified EPM Solution Architect with 13+ years across the Oracle EPM suite, Sandeep is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and a recognized Narrative Reporting SME — earning a Bronze Trophy for contributions to the Oracle community. He has delivered 11+ end-to-end implementations for clients including the Government of Saskatchewan and the State of New York.

An Oracle ACE Associate with 7+ years in IT and 5+ years in FP&A, Fred is an EPM Solution Architect specializing in Planning, EPM Reporting, and Narrative Reporting, and a lead trainer for Smart View and FRS. He co-organizes the Toronto EPM User Group and co-hosts the EPM Coffee Chat Podcast, holding Oracle certifications across Planning, FCC, and PCM.
